Megan Wilson is a tri-lingual executive with over two decades of experience in global andenvironmental health from US government, non-profit, and private sector perspectives. She’sdemonstrated the ability to develop and manage large-scale health programs in cross-cultural settings around the world. Megan works for Medentech, an Irish company, to develop innovative partnerships to increase access to safe drinking water for women and children around the world. She spent 6 years in West Africa where she was the Executive Director of the Association Beninoise pour le Marketing Social, the Population Services International network member in Benin. Her mission was to improve health of Beninoise women and their families through the social marketing of high quality health products and services. Megan managed an annual budget of $8Million and 80 staff, hundreds of consultants, 6 donors and over 10 projects. Before heading to Benin, Megan provided technical assistance and program management to PSI network members in Washington DC. Prior to joining PSI in 2005, Megan worked for the US Environmental Protection Agency, USAgency for International Development, the US State Department, US House of Representatives, and the Peace Corps in Guinea, West Africa. She has a Master’s Degree in International Developmentfrom Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry andInternational Affairs from the University of Colorado in Boulder. In addition to English, Meganspeaks French and Dutch fluently.
